NVC and mail time

Hi VJ family, does anyone know what postage NVC uses to mail the DS3032 internationally. do they use regular postage or some form of express postage. my husband has not yet received his ds3032 document yet, that they mailed out on Feb 13-09 ( its going to ghana, west africa). i faxed him MY copy, he signed and mailed it to NVC himself. They received his signed copy in 1 week. i also emailed the ds3032 to NVC all is ok i paid the AOS BILL, but im wondering why he never received the original document to his P.O. BOX. this makes me nervous, in regards to his other documents that will come in the future. Ive called NVC to get an idea of what postage they use, but the line is busy.

Im not sure if its slow mail, or someone has tampered with his mail in his P.O.BOX. I surely hope not. Thanks so much for any replies. Good luck to everyone.

They use regular mail, I received(me in the USA) the DS2032 on the 21st Feb, and mailed it to my mother who turned it around and sent it back the same day. Only today did she receive the DS2032 sent from the NVC.

It took my wife two weeks to receive the DS-3032 in the mail, it will show up soon it takes time. I also received a piece of mail from the NVC that was mailed on Feb 20th two days later, however mail from the NVC that was sent out on the 16th, arrived 4 days after the mail from Feb 20th.
