FBI could not pull up my fingerprint record. What to do?

Hi :(

Called FBI to see whether my background/ fingerprint check has been sent back to USCIS. They could not pull up my record either by my name or my A#. They recommended me to call USCIS and said USCIS should be able to see whether the fingerprints went through. So I called USCIS but they only told me my application is within their timeframe.

What should or could I do now?

Thanks,

G

Your greencard interview is in three weeks... what do you want?

YMMV

Hi payxibka, I probably am a little paranoid. Did you imply I should assume the fingerprints went through even though FBI could not pull up anything at all?

I cannot explain the delay on the I-765/I-131 but, one would expect that fingerprints are back before the scheduling of an interview (though I cannot say definitively).

YMMV

Just ran a quick search on vj.com. There are cases where people got their biometrics appointment AFTER the AOS interview. Seems the fingerprint is not a pre-requisite to the AOS interview.

Correct as we had the AOS interview and walked down the street after it and did biometrics.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
