Ah, it's been a while since I've visited VJ and my recollection of the process is fuzzy, at best.

My wife, Susie, arrived in the U.S. on a fiance visa back in Dec. 06. She got her 2 year card after we were married. Well, that card is set to expire in November of this year.

I hate to sound like a newbie, but I'm lost again and I need to find my way. I want to start preparing for her 10 year green card but I don't know where to start or which document I am to file.

Thanks for your valuable insight.

Now you need to start getting ready to Lift Conditions and you can find all the info in the Guide on Removing Conditions.

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
