Ok, so I got this link off of VJ. Is this the form I need to make for my friends/family to fill out as proof of relationship? Our dumb #### lawyer never sent any proof with our I-130 and I'm trying to prepare for the RFE. What else do most ppl send? I don't have my boarding tickets anymore, I can try to get old paper tickets from the airlines if they can find them, otherwise can I print out copies of my passport to show when I visited him? Do most ppl send pics? Also, who do u usally get to fill these affidavits? Do they have to have the ppls SS #'s on it? Dates of birth n stuff?

Your birth certificate is pretty much all you need as proof of your marriage but other people send it more evidence. I only sent our marriage certificate and 2 affidavits. The affidavits can pretty much say anything signed by the person and it doesn't have to be notarized either.

I'm confused.. you mean you are expecting an RFE because you filed no proof that you were married? I only sent the marriage certificate and nothing else of "proof" I was approved.

Are you meaning that your lawyer should have sent in photos and what not?

You don't have to send in more evidence but you should be ready to send it just in case the USCIS sends you an RFE requesting it. The instructions for the I-130 tell you exactly what can be used as evidence.

I included 3 affidavits - two from people who attended wedding and one from my mom who took care of my kids while I was in Africa.
