Is there anyone the same doubt with DS 156 form

I have some story in life, I have friend had a fiance(e) from US and he filed her K1 visa last couple of years ago. And they didnot work each other. She got the K paket stated her medical and interview schedule but she didnt show up the Medical at St Lukes and also the visa interview due to have circumstances that didnot avoided. What I meant is she ignore the packet, she didnot make any cancellations until it was expired. But I think it is automatically cancelled if she didnot show up.

My question is on the DS -156 number 35 the question is Has your U.S. Visa ever been cancelled or revoked? YES? OR NO? What is the best answer? Because she did not show up on her appointment for medical and interview date.

Also on number 36 Has any one ever filed an Immigrant Visa on your behalf? YES? OR NO? What is the best answer? Can you give advice?

She's afraid if they traced up her previous record so is there a chance that she deny her visa?

Well if someone did not go to the medical and interview then they never had a visa, so the correct answer would be "NO" there was no visa to cancel or revoke.

You have misphrased question 36. It is "immigrant visa petition"? Check the wording carefully. The K-1 is NOT an immigrant visa, though they often treat it as such as that is the intention. Strictly speaking, if it was a K-1, the correct anser is "NO". However that someone filed a previous K-1 does not disqualify her.
