NOA1s finally recieved. Now ... just wait.. and wait. I tried to look the number status up on uscis, but it keeps saying there is an error, maybe becaus they are brand new? anybody have any idea?

I had sent my AOS packet on March 17th and i am still waiting to get the NOA1 . I dont even have my case number to track it online.

Anyone sailing in the same boat like me ?

Yapp...$1010 is correct...payeable to "U.S Department Of Homeland Security"

What do you guys think? I made a mistake on the I-485 i believe, when it asks if my husband was checked by an immigration officer, i said no, when i should have said yes (i didnt know what they were asking, i thought they ment like inspectd for drugs or something, uknow, patted down or w/e), even though i put no, i obviously included PROOF that he WAS checked b/c i sent the appropriate copies of his I-94 and his copies of his k-1 visa and everything that they askd for. Now that i got the fist NOA1 for all of the paperwork, should i call in to make the correction, so they can make note of it? Or should i wait???.......Anybody do this???????? OR should i call right away?

Hi! I want to mail my AOS application late this month, and the only document that is missing is my medical exam?

where should I have it?i read in some post here that it is cheaper to have the medical exam in the center/is this right?

do i need a civil surgeon ?

u need to have it done in a civil surgion, what my husband did was have his shots don at the centro de salud, which is a free place that gives shots in mexico, you can probably get the required shots for cheaper in your home country, if you are already here, hopefully u brought ur vaccination records so you wont have to get the shots you already had over again to save money.

i am on my first month of pregnancy.I think the civil surgeon will only transcribe what is on my DS 3025.

My vaccination is still incomplete.

You need a civil surgeon for your I-693. You could have your additional vaccination from your family doctor or health center.
