Finally received oath ceremony letter:09/19/2012(was sent on 09/17/2012)

Oathe Ceremony was on: 09/21/2012 at 8:00am (little Rock, Arkansas)

Finally I am U.S. Citizen

Since many of us received good news, and some bad news, in the past couple of weeks, I did a major revision of the March 09 Filers spreadsheet at

If something's wrong, please let me know through a message or you can update yourself.

There are 78 couples on the list, 69 of them "active" (i.e. with recent activity or whose member name could be found), and 17 (25%) are still waiting to receive news about their green card.

If you have been approved or you know the card is being produced, you are not included in the count of 17 even if you do not have your GC in hand.

AUGUST 14, 2009: GREEN CARD IN HAND (524 days - 1 YEAR 5 MONTHS 6 DAYS)

May 31, 2011: Sent I-751 Removal of Conditions package (1179 days - 3 YEARS 2 MONTHS 23 DAYS)

January 25, 2012: 10-Year Green Card Received (1418 days - 3 YEARS 10 MONTHS 17 DAYS)

NOA I-485 JUNE 15th

INTERVIEW DATE JULY 30TH 2009 - APPROVED 10 year Green Card!!!!!

We havnt recieved anything, green card, EAD AP, nothing.

Well this is unbelievable.....i sent my RFE on july 15th, and i was tracking my RFE online. The days passed and nothing. So after a week, I called USPS (the post office) and they told me they were sorry, THEY LOST MY LETTER!!!!! So I had to call USCIS to see if I could send copies of what i sent (the I-797 plus the RFE and the form) so the lady suggested me to write a letter saying that the post office lost my papers and it could take WEEKS to find them. SO I sent again the RFE yesterday so let's see what happen this time....hopefully USCIS will receive it by monday or tuesday <_<
