Vera & I just got back from our AOS interview in Denver. APPROVED! Interview was a fast & easy. IO was super friendly. She asked to see pics, bank docs and that's really it. Then we just talked about the best places in Brazil to visit. lol :dance:

Updates about our application. I received an email from CRIS that they received my son's response to RFE and his case resumed, while there's no update for my case yet.

I filed my wife AOS in March 2009. It's now almost the end of June 2009, We haven't gotten notice for the interview. No update at USCIS website. What takes them so song?

You're past 90 days after NOA, you need to call USCIS again, ask to talk to an Immigration Officer (IO), be insistent and persistent, ask WHY the file is is still pending.

I received the "Card production ordered" email this morning.

That's 2 business days after I received the email saying they had received my RFE documents.

I filed my wife AOS in March 2009. It's now almost the end of June 2009, We haven't gotten notice for the interview. No update at USCIS website. What takes them so song?

Same thing with us. Filed AOS march 12th, i have called numerous times, had a service request done, still nothing, just got a $hitty email saying that the I-765 is being reviewed and we will have a responce shortly.... no $hit.

Update: I received my green card in the mail today.

Thanks for everyone's company here at VJ! It made our K1/AOS journey smooth and no such hassles whatsover! Goodluck to those who still has to have their interview and Congrats on those who got approved and are awaiting their GC's.
