AOS FILERS: MARCH 2009

I sent my paperwork out from PA to chicago for the AOS, the arrived the 12th, and im still waiting on NOA, how long does it usually take for them to send the letter? I live in south eastern pa, and i recently moved, i changed my address with the post office, both thru mail and online change of address, i just dont want my mail going to my old house. I just want to kno when they are going to sent the stuff and if the change of address will be in place by the time they send th mail. Anybody have any idea what the average arrive time for the NOA in PA?

I was trying to check my status online but i can`t:(( it asks to enter receipt number that begins with letters EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC, my receipt number begins with MSC, is this a problem because of letters ? How do you ckeck your status online?

We are in the same boat. Receipt # starts with MSC and the message i get is:

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Your case can not be found at this time in Case Status Online. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

I read somewhere on the forum that it can take few months until u can see it online. Not sure if it's true.

Great!! when n How u got NOA2..? Did they send u auotmatic?..or u requested?.

I received the appoint. for Biometrics yesterday; scheduled for March 27 in Phoenix

I'm also from Phoenix AZ. Goodluck with our AOS journey. Would it be possible for you to share your biometrics experience.

The appoint. was for March 27th, 2009. Today (March 18th) i was there to try my luck in having it done earlier. They were EXTREMELY nice. I arrived there at 9,23 AM and I was out at 9,40 AM with the biometrics done and the letter stamped (they will give u back the appt. letter)

I presented the Canadian driver's licence and they asked for extra ID; i gave the passport and it was OK. Also they checked the NOAs to make sure that the biometrics letter has the same receipt numbers. My hubby was smart when told me to take them with me.

Do you have the biometrics on Thomas Rd? They have a free parking at the back.

I received NOA yesterday, march 18. Glad to hear that they are EXTREMELY nice. Hope to receive my biometrics schedule soon! Would like to do my biometrics next week.

We received my NOA for AOS, EAD, AP today, March 19 2009. Weaiting begings now...waiting for my biometrics appointment.

We also use USPS in sending our AOS application last march 7th...too bad we didnt have return receipt for it

Hi P&K thanks, we already have our receipt (NOA1 I think), now we are waiting for biometric schedule.

I hope we will not receive RFE for not submitting I-693. BTW anyone here who only sends photo copy of marriage certificate?

We got NOA for AOS ,EAD & AP....Receipt No start from MSC-09-XXX-XXXXX

& its came from Missouri not from Chicago, IL..

I think all will having same..... any one have idea why?

I received my biometrics appointment today. Biometric schedule is April 8, 2009. But i would try my luck next week. Dont plan to wait for for april.

Check was cashed today and got our case number at the back of the check but i can't tracked it online. Do you guys have the same problem?
