I have a ? My laywer filed for my i765 the 26th of march 2009 but i received a notice of rejection because he used an outdated form.He resubmited the correct form april 3th .I never received anything back since then,can't see my forms online excpet for i130 that is pending.Can anyone help me if u been in this situation or know about this matter i called uscis and they said they cant see if tehy have the new form or not.. :crying:

The forms in USCIS website are always the updated ones and that's what we all used.

This is what it says for Form I-765 on the USCIS Immigration Forms list: Edition 10/30/08. Previous edition accepted.

I-765 and I-485 still not showing on uscis.gov, but the I-131 popped up this morning:

Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On May 4, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Just received initial interview letter, scheduled on 06/11/09 ^_^

Can't check anything on line yet!!!

Why it said initial? is it normal??

I just added my info to the spreadsheet. I am at the end of March and beginning of April AOS filer.

It appears that most, if not all of the K-3's will have an interview, and not get transferred to the CSC. :unsure:

They only get one shot at us for an interview, unlike the K-1 filers.

I-130 for CR-1/CR-2 Timeline:

Married in Guangzhou, China 12-2006.

05/03/07: I-130's for CR-1 and CR-2 mailed to CSC via USPS

06/23/07: NOA-1/I-797C's.

11/06/07: NOA-2’s were issued. CR-1/2 Abandoned, for K-3/4.

I-129F for K-3/K-4 Timeline:

06/11/07: I-129F for K-3/K-4 mailed to Chicago.

06/13/07: Received at Chicago.

06/15/07: Received NOA-1 Form I-797C, from Chicago.

06/26/07: E-mail notice of transfer to the CSC.

11/06/07: NOA-2 approval issued for the I-129F.

12/06/07: I-129F for K-3/4 has been received at the NVC.

06/02/08: Interview passed at US Consulate Guangzhou

06/06/08: Return together and arrive at POE LAX.

03-25-09: Mailed files.

03-27-09: Received at Chicago.

04-02-09: NOA’s for (K-3 and K-4) I-485 and I-765.

04-07-09: NOA’s Biometrics Appt.

04-14-09: Both I-765 files entered into the online system.

04-24-09: Biometrics appt. completed.

05-07-09: NOA with Interview Date of June 16, 2009.

05-21-09: Now have both I-485 files viewable.

05-23-09: EAD card production ordered x2.

06-01-09: EAD cards received in mail.

06-18-09: AOS Interviews completed and GC production ordered.

06-22-09: Welcome letters received.

07-07-09: 10 year Green Cards arrive. PM 07-01-09.

april 14.2009 went earlier walk in successfull

may 7.2009 resent ead via overnight fedex

I dont have any news on EAD and AP yet. Well.....one good news at a time...^_^

My honey had his EAD in back of his I-94 about to expired tomorrow.

Thanks Lord... Just Approved..yesterday. :dance::dance:

Now I can see online Status& EAD had last touched today..

I always check my status online but for the past 1.5 months now, there's no luck... But to my suprise, I just checked it and said that my EAD application has been approved today!!! Great news!! No status yet for my I-485 but I already have my appointment letter for June 10.

Good luck to us all!!! Glad to see everyone getting some good news!! :)

OMG! its 1:21AM and i couldnt sleep and decided to check the USCIS website and to my surprise it said that my EAD was approved.

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status: Card production ordered

I cant believe !!! I had to wake up my hubby to tell, Im so happy :)

Yay! I guess there was a whole wave of approvals - I just checked mine when I got up, and both AP and EAD are finally showing on the site, and are approved!

Man, they're hauling buns lately.

December 22nd, 2008: Legally wed!

March 16th, 2009: AOS package posted via FedEx

March 18th, 2009: AOS package delivered, signed for by J. Chyba

March 24th, 2009: NOA1

March 25th, 2009: Check cashed

March 27th, 2009: NOA1 in hand

April 3rd, 2009: Case transferred to CSC (YES!)

April 9th, 2009: Biometrics

May 6th, 2009: EAD and AP approval notices sent

May 12th, 2009: AOS Touch
