anyway, i added you to the list of March 09 VJ AOS Filers. Link is located in my signature.

and also, i notice that lots of you didn't put either one of NOA issued-date or NOA received on the mail, so i fill them in based on the given date you put in their. Some just put the issued date and no date for receiving it and vice versa. Pls check it out and you can edit it if i got the dates wrong. Thanks!

Bank of America is just waiting for my go signal to process my secured credit card. Its not my priority right now.

I want a credit card that will give something back to me besides building my credit history.

There are other ways to build your credit even without a credit card. :)

Well we finally received our Biometrics appointment today. However I have a question, on the form it only lists the I485 that the appointment for, shouldn't it also list the I765 also?

We also got our AP today.

Usually, yes, you should have both AOS and EAD on the notice.

January 17,2008 - Touched

February 17,2008 - Touched

March 13, 2008- Touched again!

March 16,2008- Received NOA2 via email

March 19,2008- Left NVC, received case number. On its way to the USE in Manila

March 27,2008- Paperwork received at the embassy in Manila

May 7, 2008- Medical review at St. Luke. Additional tests required.

May 29, 2008- Interview postponed :(

July 23, 2008 - Finished Medical at St. Luke

July 28, 2008 - Interviewed at US Embassy

July 31, 2008 - Received visa

August 16,2008 - Fly to USA ( Portland, Oregon as POE)

September 19th, 2008 - Wedding

March 17, 2009 - Sent in the package through USPS

March 19, 2009 - Received at the Chicago Lockbox

March 25, 2009 - Received NOA1

prettynpink, really you were there too? sayang. it was rainy since fri til today when we got back, but I still had a good time, just Chillaxin' with the nature. We'll go back there again, my in laws are staying there. hopefully next time the sun will be out. And I thought me and my son were the only asian there. hehehe. :)

July 14th, 2009 -- AOS Approved!! (118days)

July 21st, 2009 -- Green Card Received (125days)

No RFEs the whole process :) All done myself.

December 4th - 30th, 2009 -- Visited England

April 8th - 30th, 2010 -- Damian's Brother visits us here in PA.

January 19th, 2010 -- Damian got his PA license.

December 10th - 19th, 2010 -- Visited England

September 16th - 30th, 2011 -- Damian's Parents came to visit us here in PA.

June 1st, 2011 -- Mailed ROC to Vermont.

February 21st, 2012 -- 10 Year Green Card Received

April 14th, 2012 -- N-400 Sent to Dallas Lockbox

November 26th, 2012 – Damian Became a US Citizen!!!

april 4.2009 bio appt notice received code 3(aprl 25.2009)

april 14.2009 went earlier walk in successfull

may 7.2009 resent ead via overnight fedex

I have a ? My laywer filed for my i765 the 26th of march 2009 but i received a notice of rejection because he used an outdated form.He resubmited the correct form april 3th .I never received anything back since then,can't see my forms online excpet for i130 that is pending.Can anyone help me if u been in this situation or know about this matter i called uscis and they said they cant see if tehy have the new form or not.. :crying:
