December 14, 07 - Received 1st NOA

January 17,2008 - Touched

February 17,2008 - Touched

March 13, 2008- Touched again!

March 16,2008- Received NOA2 via email

March 19,2008- Left NVC, received case number. On its way to the USE in Manila

March 27,2008- Paperwork received at the embassy in Manila

May 7, 2008- Medical review at St. Luke. Additional tests required.

May 29, 2008- Interview postponed :(

July 23, 2008 - Finished Medical at St. Luke

July 28, 2008 - Interviewed at US Embassy

July 31, 2008 - Received visa

August 16,2008 - Fly to USA ( Portland, Oregon as POE)

halu everyone!!I did call the uscis to have my case expedited unfortunately i ddint fall into any category that they made mention inorder to qualify for expedite.Oh well..Il just wait..Hopefully it wont be long.congrats to all who got their approvals.God bless

Finally I was able to check online about My Husband AP online. I checked yesterday was not there anything but..Gueesss!..I try put in our case no to USCIS website & that's worked...

Its Approval on 28th April..only AP was sent..

But waiting for our EAD too ..No status on EAD yet hopefully both at same time..

Application Type: I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

I only have our AOS case status available online and it just says pending at CSC too.

Let's hope for the best.
