Online status works for EAD and AP now :) Found out husband's EAD card has been ordered.

03.04.09 - sent I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

03.06.09 - packet of docs arrives at Chicago, IL USCIS

03.12.09 - checks cashed

December 14, 07 - Received 1st NOA

January 17,2008 - Touched

February 17,2008 - Touched

March 13, 2008- Touched again!

March 16,2008- Received NOA2 via email

March 19,2008- Left NVC, received case number. On its way to the USE in Manila

March 27,2008- Paperwork received at the embassy in Manila

May 7, 2008- Medical review at St. Luke. Additional tests required.

May 29, 2008- Interview postponed :(

Received our AP in the mail yesterday...EAD is in production... interview is scheduled... USCIS is steppin' it up!

I finally was able to log into the USCIS site today and see something - EAD card production ordered yay!

March 3, 2009: Mailed I-485, I-130, I-765 w/ USPS to Chicago

March 5, 2009: AOS packet received

March 12, 2009: Checks cashed

March 14, 2009: NOA for I-485, I-130 and I-765 received

March 16, 2009: Biometrics received

April 8, 2009: Biometrics appointment

April 27, 2009: EAD card production

May 9, 2009: Interview notice received

June 16, 2009: Interview: Approved!!

04/10/2009: received biometrics appt letter: appt time 04/30/2009

04/15/2009: Biometrics done

05/05/2009: Received initial interview letter for 06/11/09 (issused 04/30/09)

05/16/2009: EAD card production ordered

Yes March Filers are getting a lot of good news and we will keep adding to it!!

~Just checked our status and our EAD was order for production on 4/27/09 :dance:

~AP is also showing up online that they received it on 3/20, but nothing saying it was approved, and we even request for it to be expediated on 4/9/09 and still nothing. But oh well atleast we got EAD! My hubby really wanted to go back home before he started working just incase he wasnt able to get vacation right away, but I guess that wasnt in the plan.

~9/8/08 - I-129F sent VSC

~9/17/08 - NOA1 received[/color]

~9/22/08 - I29F approved

~9/26/08 - NOA 2 received

~10-01-08 - NVC processed petition

~10-03-08 - Packet 3 mailed

~10-15-08 - Packet 3 dropped off at embassy

~11-21-08 - Interview!

~11-21-2008- VISA APPROVED!!!

~12-9-08 - arrived-POE JFK

I requested my AP to be expedited on Monday, and my status just got updated on the USCIS website today. MY AP has been approved and EAD card production ordered today!
