Calling the USCIS wasn't very helpful, they just took down all my information and gave me some kind of tracking number and told me to get in touch again in case I don't hear anything in 45 days. Got NOA for AP, AOS and EAD on March 13th and haven't heard a thing since then. No biometrics date or anything. Should I try to set up an infopass appointment? Or just wait patiently?

Good to hear that progress is being made elsewhere, should mean that they'll eventually reach my case in that dark corner where they've obviously put it! ;)

Just got home from Jacksonville,FL for my biometrics yesterday.Appointment time is 9am..got there 8am,guard gave me a number,told me to filled up the form and they took my fingerprint and picture,gave my appointment letter back with a stamp on it and told me to wait my EAD on mail.They are very nice.No line,didn't waited..In and out 10 minutes only.

N-400 Naturalization

04/25/2012 - sent N-400 package to USCIS Dallas

04/28/2012 - package delivered at USCIS Dallas

I-751 Removal of Condition

03/22/2011 - sent I-751 package to USCIS Vermont via USPS Priority+Certified mail with Return receipt

03/24/2011 - package delivered at VSC according to USPS tracking

03/25/2011 - package received by Center Director according to Return receipt

04/04/2011 - NOA received - dated 03/25/2011

04/11/2011 - Biometrics Appointment Notice received -notice date 04/08/2011

04/28/2011 - Biometrics Appointment - Done!

10/14/2011 - Card Production Email

10/17/2011 - Approval Notice received - dated 10/06/2011

11/04/2011 - 10yrs green card received

Alas got a mail in my mailbox saying my Interview is Scheduled for the 8th of June :)

I am starting to collect the documents as days go by and i hopefully should have neough to prove our marriage.

Timeline:

K1 - Fiance Visa

05/15/08: Filed for K1

12/01/08: Interview Scheduled for 9:00 AM at US consulate Chennai

12/01/08: Approved at 11:30 AM

12/04/08: Got the passport with the VISA stamped :D

12/09/08: Got on the airlines and arrived at LAX at 6:15 PM POE took 4 mins

01/27/09: The big day - WEDDING

01/28/09: Applied for SSN

02/12/09: Got SSN in the mail

02/17/09: Got Marriage Certificate

AOS

02/28/09: Filed AP, AOS and EAD

03/13/09: NOA received (AP, AOS and EAD)

03/13/09: Biometrics appointment received

03/18/09: RFE mailed

03/25/09: Biometrics schedule - Done [dint take more than 10 mins including the wait time]

03/27/09: Sent out required info with regard to RFE via Priority mail to Missouri

03/31/09: Request to expedite AP [ Travel Document]

04/02/09: AP Approved

04/06/09: Recieved Travel Document [AP] in the mail

04/13/09: Recieved EAC/EAD in the mail
