AOS FILERS: MARCH 2009

Update:

i received an email from CRIS. my Current online status of my AOS is "Card production ordered". and my card will be mailed within 30 days.

Note: i didnt received my EAD and AP yet.. i thought my EAD and AP comes first before my green card.. anyway, it's still a good news to all march filers who have transferred their AOS to CSC.

I'll keep posted.

Congratulations, wow!! that is record timing, I guess you won't need the EAD and AP if your card comes first. Did you do anything different?

nope..i just gave what they need from us..i just submit all the necessary doc.

i already updated the spreadsheet. to those who got their cases transferred, pls put the date of when it was transferred instead of just "yes" cos the column name was changed for record purposes. thanks.

I Came in on a K1 and am stuck here, i haven't had a word about anything after my EAD

Hi Aezeala, when you requested your AP to be expedited, did you also request your EAD to be expedited? It seems as though people who had their AP expedited also got their EADs sooner (both you and Brad Charel). I really want to get my EAD ASAP so I'm wondering if requesting my AP to be expedited will help. :-) Did you have to pay a fee or anything? What is the process to request expedition?

Update: I just received another email from CRIS. the new status of my AOS is "Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident." This is good news to all march who have transferred their application to CSC.

im just wondering if i could still have my ead and ap..

and i also try to check my ead and ap application on their website, it stated that my ead is on the "Card Production Ordered" and my ap's current status is "approval notice."

all of my application was updated on April 24, 2009.

Excellent news for you! Congratulations!

You'll probably receive your EAD and AP... but once that GC arrives (and it sounds like you will receive it soon) they will become obsolete. Kinda suxs since we paid for those! heh
