shey- I called the 1-800 number on the NOA1 and told them i have family emergency and would like to exerpdite my Advance Parole, and the guy said your will hear from us within 6 days either my mail or an email, checked my post and email address.

Shey - the USCIS case status online isnt being updated for us as of now, i called USCIS today and put my case on experdite, the specialist that i spoke to told me that they have technical problems and hence they have another application to see this. the main customer service agent wont be able to help as the case is not online.

I received a Transfer Notice today. Our case have been transferred to California Service Center as of March 25, and online our case was updated today (March 31). Hopefully that's a good news (re transfer of service), is it?

Hello! how were you able to check your case online using the MSC number??

thanks..how did you get your case to be on expedite? Did you just call them? Do you have to give any reasons why you want it expedited? Thanks!! Pardon me if I ask too much questions heheh

I filed my application on March 17th and was received on March 19th

I updated the list again and I added a link on my signature for the spreadsheet so pls check it regularly and edit it for updates. i also added, as suggested by LMY, the NOA ISSUED-DATE for us to compare if the delay is the Delivery or the USCIS.

any suggestions?

hey, I don't think that is necessary cos we know for a fact that the mail arrives within 1-3 days if you use USPS priority or any other courier services and it doesn't have to do anything with how USCIS processed it. that's my opinion? what do y'all think?

Thanks to dracoasa , I went to the INS office today and asked them if they could take my biometrics today because I had a trip on the 16th. They said, No problem, get a number and we will see you.

In 20min I was out of there with all my fingerprints and photos taken.

So, within 16 days I got my NOA1, biometrics letter and biometrics done

Im really really happy

/ doing the happy dance

Received Notice of Action, AOS transfer to CSC

hopefully it will speed up the processing of our application.

Yeah me too(Supposed to be april 7th).. I had no problem doing my biometrics. It only took me 15 minutes..
