Hi All,

I want to get my AOS package together as I'll probably entering US this summer. My interview for K3 will be coming soon. and I want to file my package as soon as I enter b/c "i need to work" lol.

So... let me know if i'm doing this right.

- FEE ($1010) (What is the biometrics fee? i see other ppl's timelines & paying different amounts, am i missing something?)

- cover letter

- I-485

- copy of my passport

- copy of NOA2 for I130

- copy of I-94 (do i get this even if i'm k3 or just the k1?)

- copy of my birth cert

- certified copy of marriage certificate

- 2 passport photos

- G325A (can I send copies I sent with my K3 application or do i redo this?)

- I-693 (Do i need to get all HPV vaccine before I send my AOS package?)

- I-864 package

- I-765

- I-131 (how long does this usually gets processed?)

Also.... What are the interviews during these process? i am only aware of 1 interview but there are other interviews i'm reading about.

Also, can I send EAD application first before AOS if i'm on K3 visa?

How are you . Its been long time we have spoken to eachother. I am filing my AOS tomorow March 17th. How are the things with you?

Just a quick question..... Me & my husband just have a Joint Bank account, we have not yet added my name to the utility bills, is it necessary to do so along with having him to add my name in his health insurance at work. That will cut $300 from his pay stub every month whic we dont want.. But i dont wnat and RFE for this. Also did you snet your pictures along with the AOS packet or would you just take them for the Interview?

I sent my AOS packet on March 17th... Lets see how efficient they are to process applications sent a day apart..

I'm also from Phoenix AZ. Goodluck with our AOS journey. Would it be possible for you to share your biometrics experience.

The appoint. was for March 27th, 2009. Today (March 18th) i was there to try my luck in having it done earlier. They were EXTREMELY nice. I arrived there at 9,23 AM and I was out at 9,40 AM with the biometrics done and the letter stamped (they will give u back the appt. letter)

I presented the Canadian driver's licence and they asked for extra ID; i gave the passport and it was OK. Also they checked the NOAs to make sure that the biometrics letter has the same receipt numbers. My hubby was smart when told me to take them with me.

Do you have the biometrics on Thomas Rd? They have a free parking at the back.

I was trying to check my status online but i can`t:(( it asks to enter receipt number that begins with letters EAC, WAC, LIN, or SRC, my receipt number begins with MSC, is this a problem because of letters ? How do you ckeck your status online?

Hmm, I received an NOA both for my AOS and the EAD, but I am unable to add it to CRIS. Anyone knows why?

Either way, the NOA date was on my birthday, March 16th. I think it's a good sign!
