Could it be possible to ask the officer do the fingerprint for I-765 without any receipt or letter?

Hi,

I submit form I-765 after I 485 about a month later and I got biometrics letter for I 485 already .It'll be on Friday 6th March. But the problem is I didn't get a biometrics letter for I-765 (EAD) or the reciept yet and it's been 30 days since I submit.

Since I don't have the receipt number for I-765 yet Could it be possible asking the office to do the figerprint for both of them?

Bring the NOA1 letter for I-765 with you to the I-485 biometrics, and ask.

Sometimes they consolidate the biometrics into one, I-485 is a 10 finger bio, and I-765 is only a 2 finger bio.

Since you are asking about I-765 I will move this to Working/Traveling prior to green-card forum.

when i went for fingerprints for the I-765 i got a 10 finger bio not 2

RD: 11/21/08

ND:11/28/08

Biometrics Notice date: 12/03/08

Biometrics taken: 12/17/08

EAD touched: 12/18/08

EAD approval: ??? =(

EAD card arrives: ???
