my fiance's visa expires on march 12.. it is march 3rd.. and i still havent sent in the documents.. i am finishing them up.. it took forever for a copy of our marriage certificate and with school and work, only made things worse... is this a problem??

No it's not a problem if you already got married. If you get married within 90 days after you arrived in the States ,you can file in to adjust your status anytime you want but i would recommend you to do it soon. Good Luck :thumbs:
