Hi, i just had a quick question to ask. Once the USEM has received our case from NVC, what mailing method does USEM send the confirmation letter to the beneficiary? in other words, via regular mail, priority mail or registered mail? thanks in advance for any input.

hello! its nice to know that you also received already your NOA2... i'm actually do not know the answer to your question but it takes so long for the usem to mail in the documents to the beneficiary coz until now i haven't received any letter from USEM. USEM received our documents feb 24 and i called them feb 26 and they told me that i need to call back after about 10 working days before i can schedule my appointment. i don't know if i should call again tomorrow and maybe try to sched. my interview or just wait a few more days. I want to sched my interview the earliest possible day available.

Oh you did? do you mind me asking how long ago was that? if it is thru dhl, then someone would have to be at address that my fiance had given, right? no one is at home during the day so that is why i ask about method of delivery with USEM. i don't want something getting lost or any mess up etc.

If u can wait USEM mail, it takes time to arrive...if u cant wait the mail, call USEM to set an interview and they will send appointment letter to both of you. My fiance called after a day we learned that our papers were alreadt at USEM and he was able to set my interview date...I received nothing from USEM (except email) even a day before or after my interview...if u call USEM, prepare your case number bcoz it will be asked and her email add or both. GOOD LUCK.

Yes, I did but this was last year. I'm not sure if they are still using DHL cuz visa delivery now is through Air21 and not Delbros anymore. It could be better you call USEM and ask if your case number is in their system already. Once your case is in their system, you can set your interview schedule without the letter through mail. They will send you an email of the confirmation of interview date. All you have to do is print it after you receive their email.

USEM mails confirmation letter to your beneficiary via Air21 - a contracted service of FEDEX in the Philippines. They're pretty good.
