I need advice befor sending I-751

As I am putting together documentation to submit my wife's I-751 I have questions on the documents we will be providing. I also need someone to provide an sample of the Affidavits letters.

Can my sister and wife's aunt be the persons of the affidavits?

We will be sending the following documents as evidence of our marriage:

BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF OUR 4 MONTH DAUGHTER

APARTMENT LEASE (we are moving next week possibly)

JOINT INCOME TAX FOR 2007 AND 2008

JOIN BANK ACCOUNT STATEMENTS

COPIES OF FLORIDA AND TEXAS ID/DRIVER LICENCES ( we have have lived in both states and since september moved to Seattle)

PHOTOS OF US, BEFORE HER PREGNANCY, DURING AND WITH THE BABY

That's basically what we have on hand and hope will be good enough to sustain our case.

Any opinion, suggestion, or advice will be greatly appreciated.

What about health insurance,letters ,cards address to you both you can send them too.

How about utilities and insurance e.g. auto, health and life? The more the merrier. Plus all evidences better cover the whole span of the marriage.

Might want to include marriage license/certificate. You're trying to prove a bona fide marriage afterall, so without that, doesn't sound complete. Also because never assume that IO working on your I-751 case will have access to your old files.
