well, im told on here that getting permant for my husband is going to take about 11/2 years... my vistor pass to him in Canada is going to expire in 3 months ... Im told that Canada doesnt reconize me doing anything if Im petioning him to come with me to america... and canada wants proof im doing something to give me another pass ..but they only want things being done on there side... what do i do to get my pass extented ... till he can come we are waiting for waiver too..

07/19/11 - Oath ceremony in Fairfax, VA

12/1/09 - received at VSC

12/2/09 - NOA's for self and daughter

01/12/10 - Biometrics completed

03/15/10 - 10 Green Card Received - self and daughter
