We filed my EAD on November 26,2008...until now i didnt get the approval notice, so i decided to contact USCIS this morning(my case is out of status already),

the service representative took info's about my case and gave me a service request number, then after several minutes I received an email from CRIS

saying that they already approved and sent my EAD on FEBRUARY 23,2009.... and if within 30 days I didnt get it I can file for Form I-824 an official duplicate copy of my EAD which cost 340!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG its so freaking expensive.

Is it normal mail like this get delayed? We usually get the mail on time.

Anyone have been on the same situation?

It can take a few weeks for the card to be printed and mailed, so give it some more time, the 24th is only 7 days ago, or 5 working days ago.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

March 25, 2014 - Received/Priority Date

March 26, 2014 - Check cashed

March 27, 2014 - Notice Date

April 2, 2014 - Notice for Biometrics Appointment thru email

Aprill 22, 2014 - Biometrics

April 24, 2014 - In line for interview

August 25, 2014-Scheduled for Interview

September 30, 2014 - Interview and Oath-Taking :joy:
