Removing condition... how does it works exactly ?

Hello there,

I am seeing some of you wait for 10/11 months and more.

and we need to remove conditions just like 90 days before the first GC expire..... (wich is just 3 months)

What is happening during the 8 months in between ? R u still able to work and do everything you used to ? anything special you need to do ? Ask for extension etc ?

You do not loose LPR status so yes you can contiue working and can travel.

I-751 generates a NOA1 letter that indicates LPR status is extended for 1 year.

Your NOA (Notice of Action) you'll receive will act as your extension since it's virtually assumed it will take longer than 90 days (this will allow continued employment and all other residency privileges).

We just followed the guide here on VJ and blew right through AOS and lifting conditions with no problems.
