I know on a K1 the petitioner has to provide proof of income and sign the support form. But does the beneficiary have to supply any financial info? To date, I have not seen anything requesting that I do so?

Just wondering.

Also, all of our travels to see eachother have been driving and crossing at the Buffalo boarder (Toronto to Philly) it's an 8 hour drive, and we take turns every 2-3 weeks back and forth for the past 1.5 years.

I have kept a log of all our travels, as well as listed our plate numbers and passport #'s.... are they able to track our boarder crossings as proof? Do they log your plate # when you cross? I hope so, because this is our only proof of seeing each other, other than photos... and credit card invoices showing we were in eachothers cities etc....

Thanks :)

Moving this to consulate/embassy forum.

All they are concerned with is the petitioner's ability to support the prospective immigrant, so no financial info is needed from the beneficiary.

Yes the POE does keep records of entries.

Just provide them a copy of your log.

You should be fine.

Thanks for the quick response!!! Even though we submitted our application in August, I am still collecting on going proof... hope it will be enough. Our main proof is visit log, photos and phone records. Our phone records are pretty pathetic actually, we talk like 10X a day lol!

You will be fine, you are immigrating from a LOW-Fraud country, evidence of ongoing is not as criticaly looked at as for K-1s from places like the Philippines.
