yeeaahhh....chk cashed 3/21....what does all of your back of cashed check say? does it say anywhere dept of homeland security cashed it? i have no way of knowing who cashed the check right....? i mean until the NOA1 comes, i don't have a way to find out who cashed it?

You will see some where a stamp said home land and 10 digits number star at least with 3 zeros than u know it was cached by the home land security Good luck Budy

i see lewisville TX location Chase bank electronic stamp in back but no where it says dept of homeland security - keeping my fingers crossed

I received NOA , but USCIS will be schedule for an interview....I wonder anyone has the same as me....I do not need to take a fingerprint ....?

the first notice is for them acknowledging ur application, then they send a notice for biometrics, then another for the interview later on. but these things are not scheduled together.

Mailed N-400 March 6th via priority certified mail and Rec'd 9th (confirmation by USPS)

NOA rec'd: 3/19/2009 (date 3/16/2009, priority 3/9/2009)

Biometrics rec'd 3/26/2009, appt 4/9/2009

IL: 5/22/09

ID: 07/06/2009

Oath: 07/16/2009

SSN updated: 7/16/2009 (not received yet)

Passport rec'd: 8/15/2009(nat. certif not rec'd yet)

Hi Mekong,

If you got your fingerprints taken over the past year and a half, you may not get a Biometrics notice because your fingerprints are still valid. You'll just go through the interview process. That's what happened to a friend who filed 6 months ago. Hope this helps!!!

Updating myself.

Reducing the width of this table so it can fit better on monitors with low resolutions. It was very hard to see the entire row unless you have high-resolution monitor.

Hi Mekong,

Yes , I filed I 751 March last year , And All fingerprint had done last April. I do not know . let hope for it.

got the NOA1 and same thing as some of u other folks - it says the interview will be scheduled - no mention of biometrics which is because i filed for i-751 in march 2008 and the fingerprints were sometime in may/june so i am thinking because its withing 18 months, i might not be required to go for biometrics again - what happens if my interview date is scheduled past the 18 month deadline from biometrics? will they hold up processing until i get my biometrics done in that case?

can someone update my info? NOA1 is dated 3/18 and received at house 3/23
