Hey there,

Does anybody know if I can send I-130 and I-129F at once? Or do I really have to wait for the NOA1 of I-130?

Also do you have any tips what to do to speed up the process or at least what to do to avoid delays? I have an offer for starting my PhD studies at Olkahoma University in August 2009.

Thanks for helping me!

Ive seen postins with both aent at once and were accepted, and saw posting of them being send together and rejected.

I would stick with just sending I-130 CRV-1 visa, better visa. They are approving those just as fast as a K3 visa petition.

Good luck.

Send I-129F after NOA1 of petition I-130.

For 129F petition, attach photocopy of NOA1 and exact replica of documents that you send with I-130 forms. There will 15-20 days gap between these two petitions. So, why take a chance for rejection.

Things will speed-up after NOA2 for either I-130 or I-129F, then follow James’s shortcut, Lingche’s NVC shortcut and Loto guide.

Your best bet is to as mentioned earlier I130 first then I129F. Why take the risk? At present VSC is approving the 130 and 129f at the same time. Goodluck.
