Sorry if this has been covered but I file two separate I-864 for AOS, one for my wife and one for my stepdaughter correct? And do I duplicate the supporting docs for the kid's package or is one set for the wife's ok? Thanks much. Donny....

Each needs its own supporting docs, photo-copies are fine.

Greetings to you All,

I am a little confused and your help will be greatly appreciated. I am trying to fill out I 864 but stuck on the question related to sponsors house hold size(question 21).

I am married (No kids) and live by myself in an apartment and sponsoring only my wife. Q 21 states...

Persons you are sponsoring in this affidavit:

a. Enter the number you entered on line 10. -----------------------------------------01

Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit:

b. Yourself.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------1

c. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse.--------------------------1

d. If you have dependent children, enter the number here.-------------------------0

e. If you have any other dependents, enter the number here.---------------------0

f. If you have sponsored any other persons on an I-864 or I-864

EZwho are now lawful permanent residents, enter the number here.--------------0

h. Add together lines and enter the number here. Household Size:----------------3

This is how I am filling Q 21 , am I right this way based on my situation. I just want to make sure that I am not adding my wife twice.
