Email DS3032 more than 1 week? ( 6 working days )

My wife had email DS3032 more than 1 week, and we have not see any reply email from NVC? How long do I have to wait for them to response back to me. I called NVC over the weekend, and the operator told me they haven't receiving it. What should I do next? I am really to pay for my wife VISA, and send in my DS230.

- Using my wife email. I have email them more than 10 times.

- Using secondary account to email NVC. 3 email.

No responso so far. Please give me some advise. Thank you for your help.

We had the same problem, we ended up mailing it to them and finally used a non-yahoo or gmail account and it worked.

Sounds like good advise.

Gmail worked fine a few years ago when I was emailing NVC for status, but it may have changed since then.

hi we did the email version of the DS3032 and it took just over a week for the reply to come back that it was accepted. give it a couple more days.

It usually takes them a few days. Don't keep resending from the same account, use another email service. I suggest you also get a hardcopy signed for the DS-3032 and mail it in.

I don't have a hardcopy for the DS-3032, my wife is sending me the hardcopy now. It will take more than 10 days for me to received it. I have creating 2 different email account for mine wife, one from MSN, and other from Gmail. I did send out a tons for email to NVC yesterday, and I hope I will get the response soon.

Hang in there, you should get a response soon. Have your wife send out the DS-3032 as soon as possible so you can forward it onto NVC.

Sometimes e-mail takes longer then actual paper. I guess online payment made all those NVC mailroom employees to work on DS-3032.

You are actually right. Online payment only take them less than 2 days to withdraw the money out from my bank account. E-mail the DS-3032 take them forever to response back to me.

Thank you for all you support. I guess I can't count on the email from NVC. I just have to wait for mine wife sending me a hardcopy so I could mail to NVC.

Should I just go ahead sending out mine DS230, and I-864 at the same time? I am just worry too much???

for us they replied every single email we sent to them but they take minimum four days to reply, and you need to use the right format to email them otherwise it go to junk mail. you can find the email format in VJ WIKI

I hope today they will reply because one of our email they replied in 7 working days

I just called NVC. No luck for me yet? They told me I have to wait. This is the format that I had email them.

I've been using yahoo/hotmail account and have got every response back from NVC. For DS-3032, it took them a week to respond back.

Thank you for all your support. I just received an email from my wife that NVC accepts our DS-3032 for choice of agents. It took them more than a week to response back to me. I am very excited!!! I am ready to send out my DS-230, and I-864. Should I send both of them at the same time after I am paying my fee online?

The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa

Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated

agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions

before the instruction packet will be sent.

Check with an operator later tonight or tomorrow, your IV Bill should be generated. Make sure the operator can verify it has been generated and mailed out before you pay it online.

My IV Bill already generated online payment, and I did paid $400. Should I wait for couples more days, or send out my DS230 tomorrow?
