Just got the DS3032 and AOS bill by email. Emailed the DS3032 to NVC and paid the AOS bill online. Found out I only have to pay the $70 once, so saved myself $70.

when i started editing the March filers sheet i was able to put the informations ..but when i tried to save i couldnt (the options are disables ..cant press save or so any pressing ),,can u take care of this and add informationson my behalf please ?

congratulation no where man...

Still we do not have any news from uscis.. My hubby is forgetful person lol he always forget to call uscis lol... its only one day now..then again weekend , well i hope to have good news from march filer next week.. please update soon if anyone get approve..

Now talking about babies lol... well it was great fun to talk about babies and i think it was refreshing talk to me lol... why always have to worried and stress out so i thought about talking something else lol...

dont lose hope ..u know ? i DIDNT EVER imagine i would be approved that fast which even made me in a hurry preparing for NVC ..i must tell u tht im nearly DEAD ..didnt speel for 3 days nearly now ..between going here ..here and here ...to get my own papers done ..wife is ready wz AOS package ..now we wait the online to show PAID then she include the bar-code tht show the paying ..then she mail it express

TILL the IV fee bill is generated ..so on sat im sending FEDEX the DS-230 to wife ..so whn time she just mail express it to NVC ..up to now ..everything seems to smooth thanks ALAH

I find it odd how people that don't want them, get them, and those that want babies, don't.

But what happens if you have a child with an American citizen, while you're living (not in the US), is it granted american citizenship?

child of an american citizen even if born outside the state acuire the citizenship automatically

but the birth must be reported to the embassy which may ask for DNA test to prove it

Yeah ber+ter this is what i was asking but i think its better to be safe side.. i asked one of my friend yesterday she got pregnant before her interview and these people let her wait in her country until her baby born.. so i don't think its good idea..

oh well,im on my 15th day waiting for my case#......still praying. TAY is so lucky to have a Case# that soon

Process in order of receipt is not a procedure known by USCIS. When a petition is picked up form a desk, the officer has no idea of its received date, till they scan it and start processing it, and trust me, they are not going to scan all petitions on their desk and place them in neat little piles per receipt order. Its just like any other job, your given a stack of work to do, and you do it.

Complaining does not help, they hear it everyday many many times. Just like us working people, they are doing their jobs best as they can, but its harder for us waiting for them to do their jobs and process our peitions which is OUR lifes

For the past 15 years I've worked as a Import Specialist, and deal with DHS everyday, and the government does nothing timely.
