Had a very nice lady on the phone right now.

She stated my case was not in the mail room, but had not made it to an adjucater yet.

I am fine with that, and of course she added it will be a minimum of 3 months yadadadaddadddd

I dont care but she was very nice and its good to know im stuck in a hole somewhere with no sign of light.

Had to get extension gotta save up im a small bussiness owner and we get the shaft on taxes i would say 55 percent of what we make government takes it

Hello hello... Sorry Im not as active on the forum as you guys.. I kinda promised myself im not going to get as obsessed as i was with VJ hehehe. But anyway, HOW's everyone doing? Talking about babies.. my husband and i want t baby soon too, but when i get there. We still want to have our own time as newlyweds. At least I get to see him every month for 10 days, which is a blessing.. But I cant wait to be stable and have our own house in the states and just live like a normal married couple.

SO.. QUESTION: can the beneficiary call the USCIS? because if I can... I'll call instead of my husband.. He hates calling and gets super annoyed with the people there hehe

Well, I called, got another super nice male officer, said after he went and looked, said still on a desk , been on a desk for 8 days, and said that is normal, give it till Monday and then call back if I hear nothing. So I wont call anymonre this week, will call on Monday or Tuesday, by then we will know what is going on with husband plans, if he stays in France, or goes home to Algeria to see his family. So next 5 days will be anything but boring.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

Just got the DS3032 and AOS bill by email. Emailed the DS3032 to NVC and paid the AOS bill online. Found out I only have to pay the $70 once, so saved myself $70.

Hope everyone else is moving on.

oh congrats!!!!

we filed on the same day as you, but unluckily.. we're still in the dark mailroom with no officer assigned to our case. :crying:

Could you please include your case on our March Filer spreadsheet?! Thanks.

Did you file for more than one person and only have to pay once?

Husband filed for myself and my kids and was wondering if we had to pay AOS 3 times

So today, I decided to call USCIS, but it was closed. 1 minute too late! I wanted the shower more I suppose. I'll try again tomorrow if my husband doesn't. So what's this about people having babies? :o!

In my case, it would have dual citizenship, and my child would not need to be sponsored to the US. Is this different for you?
