Good Morning March Filers...Have a nice good morning to all of you here in VJ.By the way my husband call the USCIS earlier the guy speak to him and he said to my husband that he don't have nothing to say now about our papers cos they don't assigned it yet to the agent..That suck.....URGGGGG

Sorry to hear that!

Here is a good laugh, Im so obsessed with this, I purchased a Black Berry and obtained a new email address, so I can get email on my phone from USCIS. Now I need to changed my email address on my account with USCIS with Case Status site. So if I get a touch I will know from USCIS without all the other 1000s of emails I get all day long.

Its okay Paris.Wow Black Berry..That's good Paris you can only get email in your phone and you don't need to open your pc just to check your email...How I wish I can have Black Berry also..

I really wanted one, so I extended my cell phone contract and got a good deal on it, now it would be nice if USCIS starts useing the Case Status on Line to update and or approval our petitions. My luck my on line status will stay as pending even when Im approved, LOL oh well.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

hahha that's what I call uscis obssession!

I'm bummed out.. but I'm not too bummed out. I mean I still want an NOA2 but I'm trying to chase my worries away.

why don't we come up with something else to talk about besides NOA2, let's pass some time... maybe if we don't notice time too much the NOA2 will arrive and make us happier?! just thinking out loud.

My husband needs to call them already! But the army puts him on 24 hour shifts. Maybe his mom can call for us. :)?

Any thoughts on this?

The tele prompt says you either have to be the beneficiary or the petitioner...

No its not a problem, but they USCIS may do DNA to prove its your husbands. I've seen it before, so might happen.

We want a child too so badly, maybe next time we are together. Good luck Mrs. Simps, you will make a great mommy!!!

Truly happy!!!

Paris, would it be a problem though if the she gives birth to the baby after her visa approval but before her flight?

Would the mother have to wait for another visa for the baby? Or the baby can go with her? Tricky!

Nope, no news from me... with our luck running the way it is... i don't know...

huuuummmmm that is a very sensible question, WOW Okay, I truly dont know, having the baby is not a probelm, but would just be best if she delivered here in USA!!! I wonder how they USCIS would treat it, but for safety sake, I think I would just wait till she is here. Less problems and less delay if USCIS does testing and etc. Its strange, seems like no matter we want to do in this journey, we have to stop and think if this will in somehow delay or hinder our loved ones visa.

Truly happy!!!
