Hi Simps,

Thank you Paris, tngrl, and all the rest of my March Filers Family. Yes, we are good people and God will not allow us to be away for so long from our love ones.

Yes, i know it will take time, but nobody had predicted the agony of waiting! its really so disappointing to wait for this long! What more for those who filed ahead of us?

Plus this is the time when Hubby and I do not talk too much coz its his bz time in the race track! Well, he has to work for all the expenses! hahaha! Im just helping him in a little way possible. Im just being patient and understanding all the time.

I hope the USCIS will make us a priority because our purpose is just to be with our love ones. I am a very sentimental person and this thing gets through me right at the core!

Why do we have to be sad at night? when all you want to be with is your husband? that you just want to feel him beside you all the time? that you just want to smell his perfume? that you just want his arms around you?

I could not help but cry while writing this, my tears keep falling from my eyes. The agony of waiting is just to much to bear sometimes!

Good thing God is always with me. He is my strength. He gives me hope.

Thank you Beth for being so supportive. Pls do not mind that person who PM you. He is not happy with life so he wants you to be like him.

He is all wrong. Let him be mesirable.

 Yeah true thats the same problem i m facing dear lilies.. They don't say anything about divorce but they keep asking my parents and me if my husband is in contact.. one lady from neighborhood was telling my mother that her brother's daughter got married to man from America and he went back to His home and told her he will take her to the US but he didn't until 7 years and then when they investigate him then they found that he got married in USA to some other lady.. She was making my mom stressed out.. then she said oh your daughter is still here? like i said my hubby applied for fiance visa one year ago for me and it didn't work out.. so she was telling my mother why her visa is not coming?? did u investigate him or not? i think this is disgusting... Where ever u go u should answer their questions about visa with smiles so this is kind of hard for me..

i can't take it and i cry.. anyhow i think you rite i think i should try to be strong and ignore them.. see i m lucky that my parents trust me and my hubby and they know that this story only can happen to this stupid people not to someone who love each other a lot.. u will find out in this hard time, who really think good for u and who is faking!! May god keep our love for each other forever and ever amen... A big hug to everyone connected to forum..

My husband call USCIS earlier(U.S time). But its just a machine and it only gave me the same info thats on the web site.It said they would send us a letter or e-mail if they needed anything from us.Guys how did you Talk to people in USCIS when you call them?

1. DIAL STILL 1-800-375 – 5283

2. PRESS 1-2-1 ENTER YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER.

3. AS SOON AS THE YOU HEAR THE STATUS OF YOUR CASE, PRESS 1-3-4. THERE'S NO OPTION FOR THIS, JUST DO IT AND YOUR CALL WILL THEN BE DIRECTED TO THE SERVICE CENTER IN LINE WITH THE RECEIPT NUMBER YOU ENTERED.

4. IT WILL BE A WAIT FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES, BUT ONCE THEY ANSWER, IT WILL BE STRAIGHT THEM ASKING YOU ABOUT YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER.

5. THEY ARE VERY POLITE, AND THEY WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOUR CASE. IF IT READY TO BE ASSIGNED TO AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER, OR IF IT DUE FOR APPROVAL BY AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER, OR YOUR PAPERS IS STILL IN THE MAIL ROOM, ETC.

Tomorrow my husband will going to call again the USCIS..Thanks tomuts for sharing the steps how to talk the people in USCIS...

relax dearest... we're only waiting more or less 1 - 1 1/2 months, it's not like we've waited for a year already. they already indicated in their website that it takes them 6 months to adjudicate the I130 in USCIS alone... you should concentrate on that and the fact that they are now telling us it takes them more or less 90 days to adjudicate the files lately. Don't focus on the 'lucky' ones who got approved earlier. it's going to put you in a depression coma if you keep this up. It's not good for your health or for your relationship to keep worrying about the papers. Call every week to see what's up if you need to but don't fret too much. It will come to you.

Thanks tngirl for enlighten me...I know im so rush and so impatience. Now Maybe I just for the approval and not to hurry to get that.My husband will call later (US TIME) then I should accpet what's the USCIS say about our papers...

oh wow! i've been busy too. went to SSS and have my status changed to married. i have to go back in two weeks, they're doing background checks again.

i'm not sure if i should go ahead with the NSO papers (BirthCert, Marraige Cert, Certificate of Marriage) because I was told it takes them 6 months to come out with the Certified Marriage Cert and it's only 2 months now. Hummm... i'll probably make this my last stop.

Going to get NBI Clearance on of these days. I just hate to get all these docs and have them expire on me. You know how it is here, they expire after 6 months and you have to go pay again to get new copies.

I still haven't changed my passport yet, parents booked me a flight using my maiden name, I haven't checked on what to do with that yet.

Don't forget to bring water to DFA, I heard there's a long waiting line and with all the summer heat... you don't want to get a heat stroke.

Let him be mesirable.

oh wow! i've been busy too. went to SSS and have my status changed to married. i have to go back in two weeks, they're doing background checks again.

i'm not sure if i should go ahead with the NSO papers (BirthCert, Marraige Cert, Certificate of Marriage) because I was told it takes them 6 months to come out with the Certified Marriage Cert and it's only 2 months now. Hummm... i'll probably make this my last stop.

Don't forget to bring water to DFA, I heard there's a long waiting line and with all the summer heat... you don't want to get a heat stroke.

check with NSO because me and Aline was told 2 months and we have ours already
