UPDATE....

We just found out the I-130's for the parents have been input into the NVC system and case numbers have now been issued. The NVC officer asked for e-mail addresses for both myself and the parents. She said all forms and bills will be sent to the choice of agent by email.

good luck and speedy processing to those march filers who are still waiting.

Congrats,

And waiting, and waiting, and waiting............................................................still waiting!!!

Whats the big deal, Valid marriage licence, CHECK, Background check, Clean CHECK, eveidence of a truE marriage, joint bank statement, joint credit cards, pics, proof of 4 vacations together, a mound of emails, chat logs, life insurance policies on each other, passport photos on filer and beneficary in little plastic baggies,, Petitioner BC, CHECK. all the ####### they ask for. Baby girl, I know Im acting like a spoiled little witch, I know Im lucky to be at CSC and not VSC like I was last year. All I want is to be okay, and have a approval behind us, the rest I can deal with. I think I keep thinking about when we withdrew our petitions, it all felt so hopeless, and now I feel it again. and Yes I know its only been 36 days since NOA 1 but we have been waiting since Jan. 2008 when we first started this, I just want OUR time to come. Im sorry for all the venting. Im sorry.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

yep, stressful. I'm on the same boat with Sunflower. Nobody working on mine either. No email, nada.

Let's pray. Hey!! It's weekend, let's try to be with our partners without the BS of USCIS and NVC okay?

I'm visiting my friend and her three month old baby... then it's my date day with hubby. It's our 2 months anniversary (Feb 18, 09).... so I'm leaving all the BS about how slow USCIS is and just going to enjoy the weekend.

Cheers!!!

good morning all or night and yes i do have blanky ;P Aline gave it too me before i leave and she put her perfume on it.

I did the same thing for my husband, I sprayed my cologne Chanel #5 on my Louis Vuitton scarf and left it for him. I think that is a very romantic idea.

tearing wall paper off walls and tearing up carpet redoing master bedroom funfun and doing date night

UGH!!1 Tomuts, I did all that too about 1 1/2 months ago, carpet was the worst. I pulled up carpet, put down new wood flooring, painted ceiling and put up new wallpaper. Turned out wonderfully. Lowes had a great customer when I was doing this,

good luck with the project. My date night is all day Sunday, I cant wait.

Truly happy!!!

Don't feel bad guys, my husband and I still haven't moved or been touched either. But then again, he hasn't called the number yet so we really don't know. All we can do is pray and find other things to occupy ourselves with. =P

Mrs. Simps, if she said your case is in progress, that means its on a officers desk. 6-8 months is their Well Stock Answer.

Ignore it. Yes my case has been assigned to a officer, and sounds like your has been too!!!!!

Some of the people at USCIS will actualy look up your case to see what is truly happening, then you get the ones, Your calling to early, or its in the mail room, can take 8 months, etc. etc.

Call at one time, One anawer, call 20 minutes later, A totally different answer.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
