hope everything is good for u

theres no case number yet for me ..i call everyday and still nothing ..

actually all March 27 approvals didnt get a case number yet

although some of april 1rst got it ..

NVC is not organized

and i must tell that NVC is working SO SLOW these days ..no more ppl get case number after two days frm approval ..tht was earlier ..not anymore ..the least time now is 10 days and UP

some members waited 30 days ...the average is 10-25 days now .

when i called last night i told abt april got their case ..the operator told me tht the petitions come to them in a bulk box ..so some may get into the system before anothers ...and she told me i will get it by the end of the month as a max (thats 30 days of approval )

so in general .NVC suffer huge delay due to large petitions they get frm every type

as i get my case no doubt i will inform abt the steps and share all

Morning cr1 family...

I just wanted to say it kind of makes sense that NVC is running so slow, VSC transfered all its files to california. Thus people are actually recieveing approvalsd, and NVC is not use to the volume of work that its recieveing. After NVC clears it backlog the Embassy/consulates will be backed up.

Its a snow ball effect and if your not right at the beginning of the clearing you will have delays along every step of the process.

I am trying to be as un-hopeful as possible, I have to many other ways to get dissapointed. sorry

Prayers and congressment (the genie's of this process) seem to help.

Hey TNgirl, yes, I will call one last time this week, in late afternoon before I go home. Keeping fingers and toes tightly crossed. funny thinkg about K1, they come in waves, ither they are approved as soon as they hit USCIS, or they sit until the dust is so thick, they have to be steamed cleaned first to process them. USCIS way of processing things is another mystery of the universe.
