Hopefully, when I get up somebody got an NOA2 already!! hehehee.

my husband called uscis ..the guy was sarcastic.. in high tone voice ' SIR, YOU JUST HAVE MAILED YOUR PETITION ". ( I mean im just asking ..thats what there customer service dept no is for ) crazy agent. ( just venting .. he said give us at least 3 months ).. .. patiently have to wait..

Everytime you call , you will get a whole different answer. Try again calling late this afternoon like i did yesterday.

if u did so ..so i believe he just copy the answer for u at phone

if u did so ..so i believe he just copy the answer for u at phone

nah, we didn't tell him anything. we didn't want to get snipped at for calling two days in a row.

we got the same answer as yesterday. in fact, it didn't show up in their record that the rep yesterday already requested a copy of the NOA1 to be sent to us. He also told us that their processing time now is 90days.... but in the USCIS alone, their target is 6 months... in a perfect world. But sometimes it takes longer.

we will call them back next week... we don't want too many disappointments in one week!

i'm going to work on my NVC doc requirements for now... so they will be ready when I finally get approved. Hopefully, before all my documents expire!!

some of the docs here have expiry date, that's why I was reluctant to get them without the NOA2, that and I'm a procrastinator when it comes to these things. hehehe.

I have a question, the Passport photo that I have to send to NVC, what color of the background do they need? Do I need to take picture with a collared shirt?

all my papers for NVC is ready and done ..only police certificate will be to me on sunday (expire after 3 months )

as of ur Question ...the background must be WHITE ..size of the photo must be 2in*2in(5cm*5cm)..the face toward the camera ...

dont bother with such specification ..go to a famous studio and tell them (want pictures for US visa ) its well know ..i went and told them tht and i got it ..and u have the specification above ...u can wear wht u want ...and any color ..

I just got a PM from a friend / France filer of mine who filed in late January , I told her last night to call USCIS today, well she did, and she was approved on March 26th, she just like many others NEVER received their NOA 2. Dont rely on USCIS to notify you, same thing happened to Tomuts last night. So dont rely on paper notice or much less their on line system. Hers is still showing as Received and Pending............... blah, blah, blah. YES my dear France/ Friend Inshallah!!!!!!
