Paris, have you called them again??? Any news??? WOW!! Lots of things have happened since I last logged in.

Should I call again? hahaha.. they might get mad at me for burning the lines.

Hubby is working... i might pester him later to make a three way call so I can hear what's happening.

Morning, No more updates for me, I will call again Friday for grins & giggles to see if they tell me again that my petition is with a officer now. I've read that same thing in many post over the times since I joined in Jan. 2008 and soon they were approved, so maybe the man was telling me the truth. I pray he was. That would be a mean thing to tell a person.

Hang in there, a approval can come at anytime.

aw come on!!! hahaha.. if i was told that i'd be calling everyday til i get the NOA2!! wahahahahah...

TOMUTS, the USCIS seem to be having lots of problem with printing their NOAs. My NOA1 never got printed. So keep calling them until you receive your NOA2.

To everyone else, I would suggest calling USCIS... you may be one of the 'lucky' people who's letter got eaten by a glitch in the system. Who knows.. maybe you're already approved like Tomuts.

Reposting this for the people who do not log in everyday and missed this...

1. DIAL STILL 1-800-375 – 5283

2. PRESS 1-2-1 ENTER YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER.

3. AS SOON AS THE YOU HEAR THE STATUS OF YOUR CASE, PRESS 1-3-4. THERE'S NO OPTION FOR THIS, JUST DO IT AND YOUR CALL WILL THEN BE DIRECTED TO THE SERVICE CENTER IN LINE WITH THE RECEIPT NUMBER YOU ENTERED.

4. IT WILL BE A WAIT FOR COUPLE OF MINUTES, BUT ONCE THEY ANSWER, IT WILL BE STRAIGHT THEM ASKING YOU ABOUT YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER.

5. THEY ARE VERY POLITE, AND THEY WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOUR CASE. IF IT READY TO BE ASSIGNED TO AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER, OR IF IT DUE FOR APPROVAL BY AN IMMIGRATION OFFICER, OR YOUR PAPERS IS STILL IN THE MAIL ROOM, ETC.

hummmm... cheers!! Well, I really should start working on my NVC papers huh???

I've been procrastinating on it... coz i don't want any heartaches of not getting the NOA2 early.

But this made me think.. I should really work on it starting next week.

I'm a lazy procrastinator!! wahahahhhaa....

You do not want to get delayed at NVC cause SOMEONE was too lazy to do the paperwork in advance!!!!

I'm not calling agian till Friday. I pray that officer was not humoring me about my petition being on a officers desk for processing. That would be a mean thing to do.

Regardless, knowing we have a approval would be a dream, for you know we have been thru too much, after approval the rest would be a stoll in the park for us and able to deal with when it comes at us.

I'm reading about NVC, yes.. finally doing my homework.... i see documents from beneficiary... do i send these to my husband then he forwards them to NVC or do I send it from Manila to NVC directly? confused.

I'm not pestering my husband to call today, he's having problems at work. Pls. pray for us.

Your husband will be the one to do NVC stuff. But you need to send husband the required docs on you.
