REALLY??? OMG!! I dont want to keep my hopes up (you know, just in case), but my heart jumped when i read that. We'll see.. my husband called yesterday and we found out i wrote the date we filled out the form instead of his DOB.. DUMB, I KNOW! so the guy asked him to send a copy of his passport. My husband sent it right away. We sent the copy of passport and birth certificate with the I-130, dont understand why they're asking again. I HOPE IT GETS APPROVED SOON!!

Maybe today is the day huh?? they take out our dusty files and read them and approve them.

Hopefull, they get approved before they make a good meal for the dustmites.

My timeline changed.. It says between May 1st and May 20th. :-( I really really hope I can be there for Thanksgiving. I dont want to spend another holiday season without my husband!

haha i'm getting another shower soon, then sleep again! whee.. then hopefully in a couple of days i can adjust back to the proper sleeping time.

well, let's take our blessing as it comes. I'm glad I'm not in VSC, coz missyouhun thought her papers were in VSC and her timeline used to say she'll get adjudicated sometime in November!!

So, I'm thankful I'm in CSC.. for now.

Does anyone know when can i change my maiden name?? i investigated here in Costa Rica and they told me my husband needs to have his residence for us to go to a judge and do all the proceedings. So.. can anyone help me? Paris, is it true it is easy to change it while in the States? I dont want my greencard or visa with my maiden name on.

Aw, I hope you're able to change your name. What name are you using for your Visa? I would not change it, if the forms are in your maiden name since your name on the passport and visa must match. omg i called that number they told me my application was approved on march 26 2009 tis cant be correct i havnt received noa2 in mail so im calling again to see if person i spoke with is accurate she said she would resend noa2 to me ... omg i gonna cry

I dont know if you can request it to be transfered, I believe that is a decision by VSC, depends on their work load.

I do know from see just the march filer list, all CR-1 filers in March automaticaly went to CSC for processing.

I understand how you feel, I too back in Jan. 2008 was at VSC , but withdrew petitions due to a situation .

Just hang in there, try not to think about it, and yes, easier said then done, but maybe you will be surprised and get a NOA 2 shortly. Good luck, and take care of yourself.
