Never mind!

Did it myself! Just not sure what date to put in for 'projected' arrival of NOA2...

Thanks guys...

LGG

Just got off phone with CSC, and like I said, you will get 100 different answers from them on processing times, I was told, "Most likey my petition will be processed in 3 months maybe 4" Now I wont take that to heart, for we have all seen approvals from March filers already. but know why she said that, cause USCIS processing time shows 6 months,

But they did receive my Filed copy of marriage certificate, so that is good.

So, any thoughts, comments????

the one who answered your call sucks!! :angry: that made me so mad! :angry:

Bear in mind sweetie,that they answers millions of calls everyday....and sometimes they just repeat the same answer with some of the callers, just to convince themselves that they answered your question. Just like a call center agents, they have "scripts" for frequently asked questions....why can they just use their brain sometimes (pardon me.....i just hate those kind of answers!)

NO!!!YOU WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANOTHER 3 OR 4 MONTHS! you will be recieving your NOA2 soon........ :thumbs:

I know Sweetie, its okay. I dont truly believe her answer, but honestly, my heart did sink to the floor. :crying::cry::cry:

i know the feeling... BUT since Mariel already got her NOA2, at least we know that there's some movement on the March cases. Hopefully, the keep working on the piles of petition that includes us so we can do the NVC together! :thumbs:

did you ask if somebody was already assigned to your case?

No, but from the way she talked, still in mail room. HUM?? I need to see if I got a touch, cause most likely if she did pull my case number in computer, it might show a touch. "yeah right like a touch is going to smoth my nerves" Okay, picked heart up from floor, now onward . Thanks TNgirl your a sweetheart.

NOTE:: Nope, no touch showing.

TNgirl Are you going to file the I-129???

Uhm, not anymore. They never printed our NOA1... some sort of a glitch. The customer service said they're going to print it and send it to us asap. But that's like more than 1 month delay already from the date that they received our petition. Hubby and I talked about it and we're not risking on going back down the waiting line again... just in case they pair off our I-130 and the I-129F.

We're sticking with the CR1, hopefully... it pays off. I want to think of the 'glitch' as a blessing in disguise saving us from the "aftermath" k3 issues (ie. adjustment of status, paperworks, etc.)
