Any March filers, I just sent our I-130 petition out!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im soooooo happy!!! Taken us 8 months to re-file, but we did it!!!!!!

Okay, Mariel approved Next on list according to NOA 1 for March 11th & 12th is : Sunflower15, Paris Heart ,tumuts, & Simps. And NOA 1 dated March 13 is TNGirl/TNGuy

GOOD MORNING MARCH FILERS!!

I guess im starting my week right......got our NOA2! USCIS emailed hubby...and we are just waiting for the hardcopy on the mail...

GOD is so good! we are so blessed!!! I hope GOD will share HIS blessings soon to everybody....hang on..be patient...dont stop the faith in GOD!!!

Well, i havent checked on it yet..but im pretty sure things are mostly ready...

Yeah....that would be nice....we can meet each other in St.Lukes....that's very possible!!! keep on believing and hang on girl...your own "good news" is just around the corner!!

TOMUTS: u dont need a google account...I did opened it...i think look for the latest attachment of TNGirl....just my guess!

Just got off phone with CSC, and like I said, you will get 100 different answers from them on processing times, I was told, "Most likey my petition will be processed in 3 months maybe 4" Now I wont take that to heart, for we have all seen approvals from March filers already. but know why she said that, cause USCIS processing time shows 6 months,

But they did receive my Filed copy of marriage certificate, so that is good.

So, any thoughts, comments????

the one who answered your call sucks!! that made me so mad!

Bear in mind sweetie,that they answers millions of calls everyday....and sometimes they just repeat the same answer with some of the callers, just to convince themselves that they answered your question. Just like a call center agents, they have "scripts" for frequently asked questions....why can they just use their brain sometimes (pardon me.....i just hate those kind of answers!)

NO!!!YOU WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANOTHER 3 OR 4 MONTHS! you will be recieving your NOA2 soon........

i know the feeling... BUT since Mariel already got her NOA2, at least we know that there's some movement on the March cases. Hopefully, the keep working on the piles of petition that includes us so we can do the NVC together!

did you ask if somebody was already assigned to your case?
