Nothing to worry!!! She posted in Feb thread that CSC is working 24/7 and they had sent all H1b visa applications to VSC and she said that there is report that she read, so I just wanted to read it and that's what I am asking her!! By the way, I am frequent reader of this thread. Have you gotton your NOA1 yet??? Good luck to you and all others waiting NOA2 in this thread???

nah, they said they had a system glitch so they never printed it and they never sent it. maybe it is a blessing in disguise.. i don't know. all i know is that because of this, we are not filing the K3 anymore and just sticking with the CR1 visa starting today. We're worried but we don't want our case to go back behind the line and wait for two more months (they said CSC has two months processing time for approval). We've already spent 1 month waiting. Hopefully, before the 2nd month... we can move on to NVC already.

I filed my I-130 on the 26 th of March and Notice date is 31 st march 2009 .I recieved I-797C ...I am guessing this is NOA-1 you guys are talking about . I created an account and put my case number but it say's "Case received and pending." .....Well though the english is plain ,i am a little curious when you guys talk about case " touched " .What does that mean.

Sorry for being so dumb, but i am trying to get into this whole conversation so that i can get help .. I am not hiring any lawyer so all help will be appreciated .

You should look around this place and find people whose papers are in VSC. The Feb Filers have a nice spreadsheet too, they have lots of people in VSC there... I just didn't pay attention to their timeline too much.

You should look around this place and find people whose papers are in VSC. The Feb Filers have a nice spreadsheet too, they have lots of people in VSC there... Did it say.. this petition is in California Service Center? Or something like that?

That's good news if it does!! You should go edit your timeline and make it reflect CSC, that way.. your timeline prediction will be more acurate.
