I hope to tumuts, we have been thru so much since June 2008 when we had to withdraw our first petitions, just about killed me then. Helpless is not enough a strong enough word the way I feel now. Thank you Dear for your post.

well your a much stronger woman for it hun. had that been my case ide be a philippine imigrant by now

i think my husband would be a philippine immigrant too if it takes that long.

i'm sure things will work out soon...

just wondering, did you guys send original documents with your I-130 form? Like Original BirthCert, Marriage Cert... etc?

I read it somewhere here. i think in the guide, not to sent originals... but do you guys think not sending originals may cause an RFE before NOA2?

No originals sent, just good clean, crisp copies is what I sent. But you will need originals or certified copies for NVC.

No you wont get a RFE for copies, your okay.

we're calling USCIS for the missing NOA1 letter and maybe we can ask for an update too. will post again later.
