Yeah,paperworks suck!hehehe

Well,yeah you would all probably hear of any good news from me...hehehe

Is the country where you from matters when getting approved....coz i read some timelines from Philippine beneficiary some are approved soon and some are still waiting. and PLUS my hubby didnt attached any pictures when he submit the I-130..he was just following instructions....I was in the hospital when he submit the documents...huhuhu.....

I hope that "not submitting some pictures" wont affect the approval time...

well

let me answer this

im so convinced that MANY factors play rules

heres wht i discovered while reading everywhere

1: Most ppl who were Married so long time ago are approved faster .and get their visa even faster (i tracked )

2: Country play so big rules ..we all know that theres some countries make a record ..as of my opinion and wht i see everywhere ..the first is PHILI ..then India ..the rest are a mix of Pakistan ..Egypt ..france ..Uk and Canada ..others from Jamaica and countries that rare we see on the map ..and as a result a huge petitioners frm these countries mean delays in approvals ..no doubt ..and add this to the following

3: package completion and the documents attached also play a rule ..put ur self as an officer that have a package an all whts required for citizenship ...bonafide ..BC are exist ..translated ..bla bla ..and another package of only so basic stuff ..if it was me ..i would approve the first first ..cz the petitioner made me relieved and comfort wz his/her petition ..the other didnt and will require me to read every details and determine things

wht ppl dont know is ..this even play a big rule in the interview ..cz all wht u provide go to NVC then to EMBASSY ..and let me put a live example

a friend of mine went to interview ..they put him on AP for like 6 months ..and u know wht was the reason ? they wanted to know if family are ok with his marriage of the US citizen ..2 visits were made to his home ..every visit costed two months of delays ...if he did provide pictures for his wife and all the family ..he would avoid this ..another GOT an RFE to prove the citizenship (he is us citizen) ,,he did provided his passport data page ..but they asked for all the pages ..can u believe tht ? (although the rest pages are empty ones ) ,,others went through it ...me my self have a problem with my G-325A( insteamd of writing the maiden name of my wife family name i wrote her name after getting married to me ) also have an error on my BC that my mom family name wasnt included ..but i went through and everything went fine ...so its a whole hard work and luck take a part .and also its a whole ONE process ..its stages yes ..but all come in the end to the embassy ..and no doubt ..pictures ...documents ..bonafide huge evidence will serve in USCIS and on the embassy ...Beneficiary origin country play also a rule when interview no doubt ...

needless to say tht all wht i said above doesnt apply to all ..some put basic stuff ...get approved fastly ..move to NVC ..to USE and all go fine ..but few ...

so i just hope ppl do read good the instructon andprovide more than whts needed ..this is wht i did ...

all will be Just fine isA
