Good Morning PARISH! Sorry just got back now...well, the doctor say that its just how slow his digestive system works..he really dont like vegetables and I i mentioned before, he dont eat healthy foods taht's why he is having a hard time digesting..(what a relief!...) just putting my faith in God sweetie...GOD is just so good.....well keep the hopes up March Filers....the February Filers is up for speed on approvals right now...its our turn now! woohooo....

OH!! i forgot to CONGRATULATE LILIES!!!! i sooooooooooooo envy you! huhuhu

Congratulations! Bumpy journey ahead...we'll be praying for you!!!

Good morning March Filers.. How are you today? Hope we'll have good news today, like touches or even approvals ;)

Thanks Mariel, I'm sure you'll have yours too soon.. they work fast nowdays, so keep up our hopes and faith. I'll pray for you guys..

I'm preparing my documents for DS-230 and also my hubby for his I-864.. you better prepare it too Mariel, just like Paris and no where man do, because we never know when will they approved our I-130. I wish I prepare it earlier hehe..

Guys, I have some questions.. Do we need to send original tax documents along with I-864 to nvc? or they will accept copy documents? If they have no problem with copy documents, does it mean I have to bring my hubby's original tax documents to interview at US embassy? Thanks

Yeah...we need prayer!! we need miracles! lol :innocent:

Yeah, i think im almost done with all the documents my hubby will be needing and be sending to him....but still too nervous to prepare all of it...i could not even ask my hubby coz he's sooo busy....I think im losing my mind waiting for my approval...i even fell down the stairs just thinking about this journey....sometimes im being optimistic and sometimes pessimistic...i just cant take this visa journey out of mind (like i cant take my mind out of my husband....lol)

Morning All ...

as of your First Question :(source www.uscis.gov )

•Proof of current employment or self employment

•A photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of a photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of your complete Federal income tax return for your most recent tax year, or an explanation if it is not submitted. Your W-2s and/or 1099 forms may also be required, see the I-864 instructions for details.

You may also, at your option, submit a photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of your complete Federal income tax returns for your second and third most recent tax years if you believe these additional tax returns may help you establish the ability to maintain your household income at the governing threshold set forth in Form I-864P, Poverty Guidelines

as of your second Questions :

some ppl were asked for this on the interview ...just copies ..so make ur man send u copies of this via mail and take then to ur interview in case required ( i already have my wife W2 and tax return and transcripts for last 3 years )

and also her pay stubs since 2006

Paris

Morning to u and hope a good wonderful day for all here :)

Thanks no where man..

I already have his 1040 and W2 for 2007 and 2006 in my computer, so if the embassy doesn't require original documents, I will simply print it out and ask my hubby to e-mail me the rest of the docs for 2008. Oh, one more thing.. if his company do direct deposit to bank account for his salary and send something like pay stub online.. is it ok for embassy if I only bring "that kind" of pay stub? Thanks :)

Hey Paris! I missed you....... :)

Question? when you send your I-130 form along with some documents needed....did you also attached your pictures with it?

Coz ive been reading some thread that they are attaching pictures with it....hmmm....my husband didnt!

Will it lessen our chance to get approved sooner? (thinking.......)

Morning darling, missed you too, been worried about you.

YES, we had to send pics basically to show we were together for honeymoon, we attached them to our proof of eveidence that we were together, in front of our honeymoon hotel, in the room, and etc. and I also sent pics of our last 4 vacations together, mainly cause we were married via proxy and etc.

Truly happy!!!

my wife stubs are the same (online )

it wont be a big differecne .....beside i dont think they ask for this at the interview (most of this is provided in the AOS package which in turn move with all the package to the embassy ..so if u wana include something make sure its included in the packages u send to NVC ..) and so it moves all to the embassy ...

i said tht RARE were asked for such stuff ...

u will do fine :)

That is what I'm aiming for , approval end of April, I hope!!!!

Now as you know, the processing times, is the earliest petitions January of what USCIS has laying on their desks. maybe a few from previous months, problem cases, etc. Cause we have seen February and some March filers apporved already.

Its all going to work out for March filers, end of April will be exciting, I just feel it.
