CR/IR-1 FOR THE WIN. This is the best VISA. It's more cost efficient and it lets you work pretty much as soon as you enter the USA. I can't imagine entering the USA on a K-3, then having to pay an extra $1010 for AOS. It's just, too much paperwork. ! And my husband is anti paperwork, so yeah. And I had one entry, March 19th, when they received and input it into the system. :X

Hi Paris Heart and Ber + Ter, thank you for the info.... I do have one question though... I'm so sorry for being so bothersome. haha. i just want to know... coz I see that your beneficiaries are coming from Canada and France, will my application be treated differently if i'm coming from the Philippines?? I've seen a website where they count pending visa application and boy our country has the most number out of so many countries on the list. My husband and i are afraid that because of this, they may slow down the process of getting a CR1 for me, and it may take us two years.

Any ideas? Guesses? God! waiting for this paper is awefully stressful!! And we haven't even started yet!

Hi tngirl, based on my experience and from what I've read here on VJ recenly, I highly recommend CR-1.. Good luck

Lilies, update your time line, you only have the date of the NOA1 now finish out with NOA 2, it keeps VJ time lines up to date, and keeps others more away of procesing times and etc. Im so happy for your NOA 2

I dont know when it will happen. Soon I hope, I will be thrilled if apporved by end of May the latest and get all wrapped up by Seeptember, thats when I hope we get interview.

Coffee #3 also, not wired on caffeine yet. I think my system is too use to the large amounts of coffee I drink.

Hey yo PARISH! lol (my first laugh of the day......)

aawwww..... so sweet of you to say, that I would have my approval soon.

Been online 24/7...never turned off my computer..but never got the chance to check on you guys...just now...i cant sleep! its 3:00 am here..

So how are you all doing? any updates....February Filers are having their approvals so fast...so March is next to February...so we will be having our approvals soon...whooopppiee!!! How are you Parish? (sorry cant still get over it......lol)
