Hi everyone,

I applied in feb 2009 and got approved in mar2009(CSC).NOA2(MAR 16 2009)star:

I got my I 130 approval and I 129f approval the same day. .I called NVC but they have not received my case yet .Is it related to getting my approval early, hopefully not.NVC operator told me tht i have to send in writing if i want to cancel I129f and pursue I130 but have to wait until it gets there.Iam checking automated response daily but no luck yet.

Once i get a case number what do i do next?

any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Congrats!! First of all start reading the NVC guides in WIKI and also read about the short cuts to shorten your journey thru NVC. NVC guides will tell you what forms and docs you will need for NVC. Good luck!!

Truly happy!!!

good morning everyone starting new week now maybe we will get suprised this week i hope so i hate waiting :)

Hang in there Tomuts, it is still early in the "waiting" game. Im truly waiting till April 17th, that is slightly past 30 days, and from what I seen with Feb. filers. average wait equaled out to 30 days. So 04/17 I will truly start to get hopes up, and if approval comes sooner, that would be great.

Got too much on my plate now to deal with now, will breath when hubby picks up his new residence card in France, otherwise, we are going to Algeria for interview. And that would be fine too, he will see his family there, spend time with them, have interview, and then come home to USA.

We will just have to wait and see what God has planned for us.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
