Here you go, the information for NVC. Oh, NVC is closed Monday here, its a holiday. It will take about 2 weeks before NVC get's yur cases, but have him start calling them, once NVC does have your petition, Warren needs to give NVC your email address and his also!!!This is most important, otherwise they will mail the paperwork, and that will slow you down thru NVC.

On October 6, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Hi Paris....I just want to ask you again.My husband called NVC yesterday.But he said that the girl answer him told him that they only send something in the mail in 2 to 3 weeks.I just wondering if they NVC will mail the case #?Infact my husband already pissed off me cos Im always hurry about my papers. Im just tired of waiting Paris.We already wait for 6 months for the USCIS approval now we need to wait again....Please enlighten me Paris....Thanks in Advance!!!

you can call NVC, you don't need to wait for him to do it.

I agree.

Tell warren that you don't want to wait forever... What if the paper got lost in transit?? Or something like that, you'd be sitting at home forever. You can also ask him to sign you up for phone out service so you can call nvc. You are allowed to call nvc, i think, unlime in uscis.
