Hello guys! I got approved last week and I just learned I have a NVC case number assigned yesterday. Do I the petitoner tell my wife to go ahead and email the DS-3032 Choice of Agent or do I wait til NVC mail it out to me. Just wondering how some of the members are able to generate DS 3032 forms and AOS bills. Please explain. Thanks.

Can you tell me how DS 3032 and AOS bill is generated. Do you get that by calling an NVC operator? Or do you check the AVR system, will it say that DS 3032 and AOS has been generated on the AVR? The message I only heard from the AVR is that they will send something to my wife in Vietnam which takes 6-8 weeks.

first thing u need to do is to read the guides before asking Questions ..so u safe ur self time and efforts as well

but as a reply to u inquire ..

the petitioner should call the NVC and provide them with both ur email and her/his Email ...the system Automatically generate the DS-3032 and AOS and send them to these Email and so u can go a head and reply with whats necessary ..

i heard that embassy in China is different as most of the process happen on the embassy level rather than the NVC ..

what is this login failed stuff i keep hearing? i finally sent our ds 230 package and they recieved it yesterday. i'm wondering what it is i'm supposed to login to to see that our case is done. i've been calling the phone number once a day to see if there are any updates. but so far nothing new. how will i know that our case is complete? is it the phone system that the login fails on? or is it the payment portal that i paid the fees on? or is it something else i'm not aware of? thanks to all.

login fail happem always just before the case completion ...so when u try to log to the payment center as u used to ..a message will tell u that your case is not eligible for further processing by NVC ...that mean u r done ...

when u have the login failed famous message so u r near completion in sha ALAH

and u can confirm a day or couple of days later by talking to an operator (dont depend on AVR )

the payment portal is the one u get login fail at ...
