Is your 5 months here yet? But sdw, I'm sure you'll love NVC. You can call them and everything! :) And they're so nice, they actually want to help you. Whereas for USCIS, they just want you to get off the phone. :unsure:

Monday is 5 months

I am hoping the March filers get thru this USCIS H E Double Hockeys Sticks. Cannot believe so many still waiting. I was seeing april filers getting approvals soon after paris hearts and it got me anxiously awaiting thinking YES soon. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR still seeing the march filers waiting and looked last night and two May filers approved one of them with filing date a month after mine(may 27). Cannot find anything in regards to expedites on them so what gives??? I think my adjucator took our file home and was in a fiery car crash and our petition burned up with it. Of course I will not know much until we hit the 5 month mark. :angry:

Guys, I don't know what more to say to you... I would've cried my eyes out if I had to wait 5 months for a USCIS approval. To tell you that I know how you feel is just going to sound like BS. But I am sending you two all my prayers and good vibes, in hope that it will attract those NOA2s your way.

God bless you two and may the universe conspire to give you what your heart's desire soon.

Hey Missyouhon, did your hubby call USCIS and request a expedite? he should try it. maybe him being military, maybe they will just process it. Did he ever mention to them he is military?? My prays are being said for you and sdw and March filers still waiting.

Hi Paris,,My hubby called USCIS again last 14th but they said its still on the agent.I dont where they gonna approved it.Our will be 5 month on the 30th.So we still have 2 weeks to wait.My hubby was not in the service anymore.So he cant file military expedite.Thanks Paris for you prayers...But I'm really happy for you..

don't give up.. :star: even we got to the end of the tunnel now.. :thumbs: see how long it took for us to get the 1st approval.. everything after that is smooth sailing (well, "smoother" for us than the beginning anyway)..

Could the courthouse take any longer mailing me my long form birth cert....... :( of course they wait until 2 weeks b4 my 5 months to send me a RFE.... I miss my hubby so much, good luck to everyone i hope we all get through this soon.

some spouses don't take it seriously enough.. they think everything will fall in place and the whole visa journey will go smoothly.. if he/she isn't willing to fight for you, then what is the point of being together with them? They can't even bother to fight for the love between you two.. and before anyone yells/criticizes me.. I currently work full-time and was getting my masters degree too and also working all that time on our case.. You can tell him to FIND TIME to do this because it is important for both of you.. :wacko:

We were sort of in the same situation, my husband and I but he couldn't call because everytime he did...the call dropped. I really hope your husband gives them a call soon.

he tried a few times today, the wait was over an hour both times. He can't sit on the phone that long at work, so he's gonna try again tomorrow. Hopefully he has better luck.

As for him not calling as much as I'd like we do have another equally as important issue going on with kids and he is stressing out about that.
