My wife and son both had their I-130's approved Aug 5. For those still waiting and checking online... it still shows as nothing happening since NOA1 for me, so don't loose hope.

Congrats!!!!!!!!! Exactly, some officers do the updates of approvals on line, some dont and that is hard on ones waiting.

Prays to my March filers who are still waiting, it will come soon. Keep faith. Keep strong. We are all here for you!!! (F)

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

I am hoping the March filers get thru this USCIS H E Double Hockeys Sticks. Cannot believe so many still waiting. I was seeing april filers getting approvals soon after paris hearts and it got me anxiously awaiting thinking YES soon. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR still seeing the march filers waiting and looked last night and two May filers approved one of them with filing date a month after mine(may 27). Cannot find anything in regards to expedites on them so what gives??? I think my adjucator took our file home and was in a fiery car crash and our petition burned up with it. Of course I will not know much until we hit the 5 month mark. :angry:

Keep your faith March and April filers. Believe me, I was losing mine, but it came, I promise you, your will come the minute you dont think about it, as mine did. Hugs to all, your all in our prays.
